At GlowPack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or receive a faulty product, we’re here to help.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email us at support@glowpack.co.uk. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused and in original packaging and no damage.

You must include proof of purchase

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
We cannot accept returns for personalised or custom-made items unless they are faulty.
How to Return an Item

(Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, description, and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than necessary.
